Four Restaurants in Central Jakarta Fined for Violating Transitional PSBB Regulations

Four restaurants in Central Jakarta were fined for violating Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 51/2020 concerning the Implementation of Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) During the Transitional Period towards Healthy, Safe and Productive Community.

Total fines reached around Rp 25 million from those four restaurants

Central Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Bernard Tambunan conveyed, there were four restaurants fined on August 3-18 period where each restaurants were fined around Rp 5-10 million.

"Total fines reached around Rp 25 million from those four restaurants. Most of them didn't comply with health protocols, such as providing distance between tables, not checking body temperature, and washing facilities that are not functioning properly," he stated at Central Jakarta Mayor Office, Tuesday (8/18).

South Jakarta Collects Rp 12 Million from PSBB Violations

The restaurants owners who violated the regulation were asked to transfer the fines directly to the Jakarta Government through Bank DKI. In addition, his side also issued written warning to a restaurant and 27 shop houses in Baru Metro Atom Market.
